Memory Lock Bits

The ATmega8515 providessixLock bitswhich can be leftunprogrammed(“1”) orcan

be programmed(“0”) to obtain theadditionalfeatureslisted in Table82.The Lock bits

can only beerased to “1” with the ChipErase command.

Note: 1. “1” means unprogrammed, “0” meansprogrammed
